shit is getting REAL!
i picked up our documents today, all translated and authorised by the dominican consulate.
i bought another bathing suit, and will pick up my polka dot one from the tailor's on tuesday.
i ordered some shorts and a dress online, they'll arrive next week.
i stocked us up with a pharmacy's worth of over the counter drugs. we've got advil, tums, pepto, immodium, allergy meds, eye drops, and bandaids, most of which we never or rarely use, but it's far better to be safe than sorry.
josh and i have started tanning. i won't be jersey shore orange, but i want a bit of a base before the caribbean sun destroys me.
i bought the bra i need to go with my dress, so my ensemble is 100% taken care of. we need to buy josh a belt tomorrow, then he's done too.
i need to buy lindsay's maid of honour gift, which i'm hoping is in stock tomorrow.
joshua's bachelor party is tomorrow night.
we got a sweet/funny wedding card and a generous gift yesterday, from a couple coming on the trip with us.
we have our tickets.
