i've decided on my next tattoo. just a little one. likely on the other foot. the radiation symbol. it's absolutely fitting, and will make a great long-overdue grad gift to myself.
more proof that i'm really an 80 year old woman: i've become a puzzlemaster. okay, maybe not a master, but i'm really into the one josh and i started yesterday. i bought it a couple of weeks ago, partly because josh likes puzzles, partly to get excited for my trip next month [it's the toronto skyline], and mostly because it was $1.50. i figured it would give us something to do in the crappy weather we're still having. we started yesterday and i'm loving it. it's really hard tho. i've taken some photos of our proress. i'll likely post them next time i download pictures to my computer.
i'm going out for dinner with lindsay tonight. so necessary! i'm not sure we've had a girls' night since our little trip to winnipeg in early february. [for anyone concerned about her wellbeing, or the baby's, i'll get the deets tonight, but i'm under the impression that things are coming along better and better all the time. she had another ultrasound yesterday, and from what i gathered from notes on my shift last night, things are certainly looking up. thank you for your positive thoughts!]
