work continues to wear me out on a consistant basis, but i'm trying to maintain a life outside of it. monday brought a random visit from my mom. i made jambalaya for dinner and she stayed the night. josh and i went to see cop out on tuesday night, which was good for a laugh, and fulfillment of my tracy morgan love. that man is ridiculous. how i didn't appreciate him on snl is beyond me, but i'm making up for it now.
i'm at my mom's right now. i'm counting down the hours until lindsay gets here. yes, lindsay! visiting! SO STOKED! i haven't seen her since the day we moved out of my house in kenora [sept 30?] and i've yet to meet her precious little sullivan. sully's 5 months old now, and the older boys are just 5 and nearly 3. i miss my little dinosaurs! gosh, i just cannot wait for my phone to ring saying that they're home at her parents' and ready for a visit.
in the meantime, i think i'll head out and get a slice from my favourite local pizzaria. it's rather ridiculous that i live in toronto, one of the most culinarily diverse and prolific cities in the world, yet i crave pizza from my tiny hometown, and thai from the city where i went to college.
