there's a job posted that i WANT! want so damn much! it would change our entire lives, in the best of ways.
it would be a huge step toward the future that we want: job satisfaction, home ownership, babies!
i've applied to this site before, and haven't gotten so much as an email response. it's been heartbreaking. instead of panicking and rushing to send off a copy of my last few applications, i'm going to take some time this weekend to update and perfect my resume (complete with my new name) and apply with a clear head. the closing date is the 28th, so i have a few days to get my shit together and try not to let my hopes get ahead of me.

my cousins husband worked in HR for a while and he always said that the applications that got on his desk first and last were the ones that he remembered, the ones that came in between got lost in the shuffle. GOOD LUCK!
