it's the final countdown. [photos]

11/07/2010

it's been a good weekend. pretty chill. hung out with the boys last night. that was fun, as always.
josh and i went grocery shopping this afternoon, followed by a sushi lunch. seriously, other than a few select people, yummy, fresh, all you can eat sushi is going to be the thing i miss most when we move out of the city.

[spicy salmon hand roll]

while we're on the subject of food, i'll post a photo of the fresh spring rolls i've been all about lately. we made the first batch when brittany was here in october, and have made them twice since. they're so easy, and so delicious. i just can't get enough.

[my version of ben thanh's 504: shrimp, vermicelli, lettuce, with spicy peanut dipping sauce]

now that i'm posting pictures, i feel like getting a tad narcissistic.
this summer. goofing around at the eye doctors.

[nerd]

scene spange. joshua wants to meet her. i don't think i can handle black hair dye again, but i am willing to go significantly dark.

thanks. scenespange had her time, and i liked it then. i am in no way planning to grow my hair out tho.
also, i realized after posting that the picture from the summer makes my hair look really dark. but not black. i won't do black (or blue/black) again. it's just so severe.

you'd better believe it.
i was a london scenester to the max.
black band shirts, tight jeans, pyramid belt, slipons/skate shoes, big black hair, red eye shadow, embassy/call the office shows, random makeouts with other scenesters. it was certainly a fun part of my life, but a part that's over for sure.

I rocked that style too. then I realized, I need to look respectable to get jobs. so, goodbye punkass Erin. But I still enjoy rocking my old style sometimes haha!

haha "punk ass" ange was high school, and it was pink, or blue, or purple, or whatever hair, spiked (glue anyone?). bondage pants.
good times. oh, youth.

too kind.

I agree. Our scene selves, while adorable, had their time in the lime-light and now it is time to move on.
You've always been the cutest thing ever, though. ;]

RYC: A) If Ellen Page is a total homo, she should get my number. I'll make HER day.
B) Well, the dress I'm currently making is inspired by the gowns worn by The Supremes back in the early sixties.
