what a good weekend it's been.
there was the aforementioned friday night of good times.
saturday was shopping, pizza-eating, and cuddles with the man-friend.
today i had brunch with kat at a place called insomnia, in the annex. she overslept, giving me a little time to kill before meeting her, which worked out well because the restarant is right across from sonic boom. i did some cd browsing/shopping and came out with dashboard's swiss army romance. jones satisfied.
brunch itself was lovely. i had eggs charlotte, which was eggs benedict with smoked salmon in place of peameal. delicious! it was nice to catch up with katherine.
the afternoon was spent rearranging all of my clothes, a task i've been meaning to get to since the year began. we're planning to get one more little dresser from ikea, and once that's accomplished i promise i'll post some pictures of our bedroom. i'm really happy with the way it looks.
i also washed about a million dishes, as i've been hella lazy with housework since the boys were over friday night.
