i finally ordered from adam and eve last night. thanks to a wonderful tip from kayla and my 10% first time buyer discount, i managed to score 3 items (including shipping) for the list price of one of those items. i'm looking very forward to that package arriving in my mailbox.
i passed kayla's tip [type "deep" as a promo code and get 50% off your most expensive item] on to a friend or two last night, and in what i like to think of as a sex karma pay-out, josh and i had some of the most amazing sex ever last night. i felt slightly guilty, because it was really late, he was tired to begin with, and he had to work at 7 this morning, but he wasn't complaining, so i'm over it.
i have to work this evening, and tomorrow evening as well. i don't enjoy working 7 days straight. when i look back on how i worked my way thru school, working literally weeks at a time between my unpaid clinical and my just-above-minimum-wage part-time job with no time off and nearly no money... how did i even do that?! i guess it goes to show that i do what needs to be done to get my self thru to what i want/need. still, that was insane.
i love popcorn.

Yeah, but I needed a non-people-I-work-with one. I'm trying to separate, and I hadn't been adding people to my old one because I know they'd joke inappropriately and I don't need co-workers seeing it, if you know what I mean.

ryc; chyeah! Haha, carrotmob of one. The thing I like is that EVERYONE can do it- because you're buying the same thing, just at a certain place. So it isn't like you're paying more for a "greener" product, which usually costs more. I can't wait to get started on it.

yeah, "gauge up" makes sense. Maybe because you are in Canada? Do they use mm more over there?

Ah yes, with needles, that makes sense. The thing about gauge vs. mm that gets me too is... mm give you such a better sense of what size it is. Because it seems to me as you go up in gauge, there is more of a difference between sizes, so it isn't like you're going up a certain amount every time. Haha, I added a rant about labret, too.

ryc: thanks! I am getting really excited about the house now, just the thought of a PROPER house, with a big kitchen (I can BAKE!) and everything! Do you live in the States or the UK? Housing market is really excellent in the UK at the moment (well, it's terrible, but good for first time buyers)) so we got this house for a really great price.

ooh apologies! i assumed either us or uk, how rude of me not to consider canada! yeah for us it was fairly easy to decide where to move, i said when we first started going out that i'd basically move to england for him (if he was worth it ) my boyfriend kind of has to stay in the same area because of his job, so that made the choice of WHERE in england relatively easy as well! buying a first house, very exciting!
