remember that flight delay i mentioned? the one that kept us in london for an extra 3ish hours on sunday, and resulted in one of the best afternoons of the whole trip? well it seems to be the gift that keeps on giving. yesterday, i got two emails. one for me and one for josh. essentially they said "westjet is sorry for any inconvenience your delay on sunday may have caused. we'd like to make it up to you. here's $129 [each] toward future flights with us." hell yeah!
that's a free trip home. hell, i didn't even pay $129 for the flight that got delayed in the first place. the credit is transferable, so josh might give his to me for a random flight home. that, or i'm looking into a trip out to calgary to visit kate and benj.
i fucking love westjet. seriously. i've always loved flying with them, and this certainly made me love them that much more. holler! |
