i took on my taxes today, and won. hoorah! having them filed is a weight off my shoulders, and knowing that i'm getting a pretty decent return ($1200?) makes it that much better. i think that a new tattoo is really in order, i just have to find a shop i like and decide on where to place it. also, i need a pedicure. and possibly shoes. i can always justify shoes. other than that, i'll just put the money away. i'm just so practical.

i filed them myself last year (first year it was straightforward enough for me to try... no tuition sharing, claiming parts of things, etc) and it was really simple. hopefully this year's file goes as smoothly. i really like quicktax, i'd recommend it in the future.
