today was hella busy at work. i walked in to 4 reqs from emerg, and we'd xrayed about 8 inpatients by the time breakfast was done being served. buckets of peanut butter puke is not something i'd like to repeat any time soon, thanks. not to mention a pretty tragic autopsy just before lunch. plus today was my first shift in a stretch of 7 days straight. despite all that, work was generally alright. i'm going to wear some cute new scrubs tomorrow.
i really need to candle my ears but i keep forgetting to pick up a kit. sad panda.
we installed a new showerhead tonight. a hand shower with 5 settings. i love it! it beats my old (leaky) showerhead by a mile, and now i can finally clean my bathtub effectively and efficiently.
josh and i made our signature jambalaya for dins tonight. it was delicious, as usual. i took a few pictures for the old food file before we devoured it, but i don't think it's a dish that photographs especially well. it looks like a big glob, but you have my word that it tastes amazing.
