10 shifts till my week off. sweet god i am looking forward to this vacation.
josh and i made lasagna for dinner tonight. cheesy chicken and vegetable lasagna. the basis was this recipe, with a few tweeks, including the addition of broccoli to the "chicken layer" and lots of spinach in the "cheese sauce". holy crap it was good. josh went so far as to declare it the "best lasagna ever". we'll definitely be making it again.
based on my awesome cooking skills, and some photographic evidence, kelly has decided that i should have a food network show called "shop and chop". brilliant, no? they're pretty much my favourite things to do. [i'm sure that sounds incredibly shallow. meh.]
