So i now have a sore throat to go with my cold. Damn bugs.
It's probably got something to do with all the talking i did last night with the girls. It was a great laugh, and really good catching up. Vix is the single one out of us and she was chatting to some guys last night that wouldn't leave her alone. So me and Li decided to have a bit of fun. When the guys asked us where we worked, we said we were both zoo keepers, i worked with the penguins and she worked with the meercats. They didn't believe us at first but then when Li started making up random meercat facts and i started telling them the names of my favourite penguins they were pretty convinced. It was hilarious, Vix could hardly keep a straight face. Fun times. =D
We're not going to the cinema tonight, because i really don't think people will enjoy me coughing and sneezing everywhere while the films on. So i'm going to have a lazy night in with junk food and dvd's and Sam's catching up with a few of his friends. Then tomorrow (my last day off work..boohoo!) we,re gonna spend the whole day together. I don't get many Saturdays off so it'll be nice.
I can't wait for October to roll on around, because then we'll be off on holiday. We're going to Florida for 2 weeks. I'm going to go see Mickey Mouse!!! =D I'm so excited, i've never flown long haul before though. I've only ever been to places like Spain, but i can't wait. The Hotel looks lovely and it'll be 2 weeks of just Sam, Me and fun.
I need to go get my mum a card and present for Mothers Day on Sunday. I might bake her a cake, although my baking skills are not great and i'm sure she'd rather not have food poisoining as a gift. =/
