Thank God for Amy. That's all I can say. Last night, I swear, she saved me in more ways than one. First off, yesterday was just a bad day all the way around. If this IS menopause, all I can say is that it's going to fuck me up royally because not only do I have the physical symptoms, but mentally it does a number on me and plays havoc with the bipolar and anxiety stuff. The panic attacks were unbelievably bad.
I had no food in the house yesterday, cuz groceries are this weekend, and so I didn't have anything to eat after about noon. I started getting low blood sugar and sweating and shaking, so as much as I hated to ask, I swallowed my pride and asked Amy if she would order me some food and have it delivered to the house. She did it right away and the food got here just in the nick of time. I snarfed it down like I was starving, and then of course I felt nauseous. But the sweats and shakes didn't stop. They only got worse.
After that, Amy was online and kept talking to me while I had a complete meltdown. I was crying my eyes out and terrified that I was going to die. I had tingles all down my left side, which often happens to me during a panic attack, but this one was extreme. She talked to me all night until I finally passed out from sheer exhaustion.
I'm still a bit shakey today, so I'm not going to write much. Just thought I'd let you all know what's going on, and tell you thank you for the positive comments and prayers. I think I need them.
