I feel ya on the migraine hun. And with all the stress you have going on right now it's no wonder. Actually I get cold chills when my migraines get bad... so that may be what that is... I don't know... and as for the panic attacks... I'm near there the last couple of days and yes.. I'm a little stoned too but that's from the Vicoden.
