God, I want to thank you for all that you've done for me. I thank you for the reminder today (as I was listening to Phil Collin's 80's song "Another Day in Paradise"). As much as life have been tough and painful, just looking into the depressing news (of what people including children are going through in Gaza, in Libya, in Ukraine, and in other parts of the world) really also reminds me to put things in perspective. Compared to so many, I am living in paradise. Look even at history of what people went through in World War II, in the Vietnam War, and in so many other eras, I am living in paradise.
God has given me the opportunity right now to build and make a difference, and I have been wasting the opportunity that God has given me. But no more.
Thank you Father, and I ask for your forgiveness.
