Picking Up Again

10/14/2014

In the past few weeks, I picked up again on a project (and it's an ongoing one) that I have stopped for awhile. I tell people it's because of all these other projects and things I have to deal with, but that's only partly true. I do have all these other projects and things, but most of them have been on hold too. I am still in the healing process (as I finally am honest enough to myself to admit, as I started admitting at around the same time I started this diary).

Anyway, that project I started up again, I completed one part a few days ago. Code name: CDSLL misconception. That part took approximately 5 hours. It felt good. I like getting it completed. I completed another part last night (actually, 3 am this morning). Code name: Inexpensive healthy. Although I was tired and sleepy when I was done, looking at the byproduct felt really good. That part took about 5 - 7 hours.

My healing within this past month may have plateaued, because I let my "busyness" get in its way. It' dangerous. The healing is like feeding the goose (from Stephen Covey's analogy). My healing is part of PC (production capacity). If I kill the production capacity, I kill the production. Therefore, not even production is as important as production capacity. I need to put my healing back to priority DAILY.

Tomorrow, I am going to dedicate most of the day to healing (production capacity). It's consider part of work.

Yes, there is the pressure to just get to production because my work is right now hemmorhaging money. So there is pressure, but I trust God and I trust the knowledge and ideas that God has placed in me. It will serve a lot more people, and therefore it has to work out.

My mantra is now: HEALING STATE HEALING STATE....

I am in the process of regaining the basics that I have lost and/or forgotten.
