Avada Kedavra!
The Chester Chronicle is reporting that Steffan Rhodri, an actor known for his work on the BBC show Gavin and Stacey as of late, will be playing Reg Cattermole in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. They have a small quote from Rhodri expressing his excitement:
“I’ll be filming in London during the autumn,” he said. “I’m really looking forward to it, it’s the biggest film I’ve been involved with.”.

You probably forgot about the character, Reg Cattermole. He's not a major character but here's a description of him for you:
Reg Cattermole is a member of the Magical Maintenance Department at the Ministry of Magic. He is forced into taking a Puking Pastile by Hermione Granger (disguised as Mafalda Hopkirk) on the day that his wife Mary was to be put on trial to determine her Blood Status. After he returns home, too ill to go to work, Ron steals his identity using Polyjuice Potion, but is ordered by the Death Eater Yaxley to stop his office from raining, on penalty of a stricter punishment for his wife. The real Reginald Cattermole reappeared after Harry, disguised as Albert Runcorn, freed Mary from the trial. Confused by the turn of events, it is unknown whether or not they managed to escape the Ministry and go on the run, as Harry advised them to do.
