ryn: I don't think he does either. It is really sad. A lot of us built a home there and so many people are leaving there's going to be nothing left. I have a feeling he won't start caring until the money stops coming in from our subscriptions.

That sucks dude!! I just graduated beauty school and i'm hoping i never make mistakes like she did!! haha to get it BRIGHT red you need to be REALLY light. ESPECIALLY with Manic Panic. I actually dont reccommend the brand at all lol it lasts like 3 days (vibrantly) in your hair then starts to fade into disgusting murky mud colors. If you wanna be like BRIGHT fire engine red (or similar) you need to be light light light first, and then use Pravana Vivid color. It's semi permanent (like Manic Panic CLAIMS to be) except Pravana actually WORKS. A girl i went to school with put magenta pravana color in her hair and four months later, it's still just as bright as it was during the first week it was in her hair.
