I feel like a two timer.. lol I am writing here and at OD.. I think cause I feel like at any second OD can go down and like a lost a lot of my ODers LOL.. so I will find out which I like better and then stick with one. Anyways, I was at the doctors the other day (nothing new) and my blood pressure was high as hell... again nothing new. I am not on blood pressure meds right now. I went off mine about a yr ago. I mean I had been on them since I was 26 and its silly to me, I'm seemingly healthy not over weight (127 pounds and back then i was even LESS) but no clue as to why my blood pressure is OFF the charts. So last yr I decided to see if I would be ok off of them, I was 30. Now my blood pressure is sky rocketing again. Last night I was laying in bed and literally my hear was racing and my chest hurt, my luck I will have a heart attack at 31 yrs old! LOL!!
Other than that tho and my ribs acting up again (last yr i cracked them when I had bronchitis) I have been pretty much ok.
I need to go food shopping today. I mean my house is usually the one with all the food in it! And the other day my friends was here and even she said " what the hell is going on!" lol I just have NOT been in the mood to go! But now even my son is to the point that he is going to steal my car keys and drive there himself if I don't go. So I think before we have to resort to that maybe I should just go. Don't get me wrong, there is food, but no junk. Which is probably which is helping with my diet. But not making my son very happy when he wants to come home and eat snacks! (He's 9)

Now I think I am going to have some DRY CEREAL.. like I said.. I haven't been food shopping IN A WHILE!! lol.. |
