I do not like the bleach blonde hair, the pale skin and the dark dress in combo.. I like the dress and shoes, but her complexion and hair has need of some serious help... not to count, her roots need some serious touch up

It's interesting - she doesn't have a glamorous face at all. I guess her fame came from being a child star. Child stars are allowed to grow up and not be pretty but they still get to be famous.
