Always running away

Keep looking
Life passes you by
The fields are greener
But there is always a danger
The path that is well traveled
Or the one less taken
This is your choice
You can learn from others mistakes
Or you can learn from your own
Noises in the distance
Stop listening to them
You are your own navigator
Silence
Have you lost everything
Or did you find someplace to feel safe
Keep looking for those roads
It may take time
But in the end you will see
How much you have grown
And who you want to be
Don't run in that direction
Take in the sights
As I was once told
The journey is never as fun
As the final destination.
