i am thankful for sooo many things...
So i wanted a little change here and decided to switch out the layouts.
I love Thanksgiving. I know that only Americans celebrate it .. but really the whole world should set aside a day to celebrate everything that they are thankful for. i love just being with my family and eating rediculous amounts of food.. because i am very thankful for both. (yumm i love food.. i think im starving right now actually). My family is heading to a cabin in Gatlinburg, TN which is located in the Smokey Mountains to celebrate Thanksgiving. My parents left this morning and I am heading out there after I pick Vito up from the airport tonight. My sister and her boyfriend are also meeting us there, but they are heading up there from school.
I am so excited! It is beautiful there, and I am going to be surrounded by the most important people in my life. What more could I ask for.
The only bad part is the packing... I have to head to the airport around 3p. (so that i miss the traffic) and I'm not even packed yet. I'm still have clothes in the washer and dryer. I hate packing. BUT it will all be worth it.
Vito and I are exchanging Christmas presents today too!! We have to exchange them now...because we wont see each other until January
. BUT I am soo excited! I love watching people opening their gifts! & he is going to love his. He is getting a PS3 gift card, some boxers & briefs (one pair is glow in the dark lol), a Nashville Predators hat, and the Dark Tower graffic novel that he wants so bad. He is also getting a Nashville Predators jersey from my parents (he's a huge hockey fan). Anyway.. I also am excited to see what he gets me! woohoo for presents!
Well I really shouldn't be procrastinating the packing anymore. Hope all of my American friends have an amazing Thanksgiving (woohoo to the pilgrims and allowing us to have a national holiday.. no work just food, family, and shopping) and everyone else take the time to think about what you are thankful for in your life!!
Thanks for reading!
