job interviews and such!

so i'm sitting here outside, babysitting, on this beautiful fall day. One of the kids went to watch her friend's soccer game, so now it's just me and my little man, Misha. He wanted to play outside with his cars in the dirt and mulch... so we're chilling outside. I love hanging out with these kids... they are usually so innocent and funny. The things that they say make me smile.

So I had three interviews this week. All of them are retail positions... two part time sales associate positions and one of them was a full time sales lead, key holder position. I really hope I get the full time one.. the store manager seemed like she really liked me and it would be a great job. I get to have at least 40 hours a week, and make money to save up for grad school. woohoo! cross your fingers!

Grad school and GRE are the only two things that are stressing me out at the moment. Once I get the stupid test over with, and my applications sent in then I will be able to relax. Hopefully in the spring I will be telling you about all the offers for awesome grad programs.

So I am kind of depressed.. this is the first time (in my entire life) that I haven't dressed up for Halloween. It's mainly because I don't have anywhere to go.. no parties.. nothing. Living at home right now..my social life is stuck 8 hours away in Chicago. Oh well.. I keep telling myself that I just have to stick it out. Once I know where I'm going and what I'm doing with my life.. hopefully in April.. i'll be happy. Hopefully I will be somewhere close to Chicago.

Anyway.. yess so no dress up for me.. but I will be handing out candy tomorrow night! (and probably eating most of it too)
