I'm soooo ready to feel the burn!

Ok..so me and my sister are going to do the Insanity Workout DVD...well not yet, cause of my foot...but yeah...we are going to give it our all...and i'm gonna do the Ali diet pills too..yup...lol yeah i know the side effects and i've read just bout everything i could and I know how to help pervent the side effects so yeah...

We're gonna go all out...buy nothing but fruits, salads, V8 drinks, water...yeah...take before and after pics...so yeah...look forward to me bitching about being sore and hungry and really wanting a burger lol..

I'm gonna set a goal...seeing that like i'm about 40 to 50 pounds overweight and like 5'3 I think I'll start small for the first month..so 15lbs? Yeah...I like that...but my over all goal is gonna be to be like 140 by the end of July...cause i won't be able to start until like the end of March or April...so yeah..better to plan ahead... wish me good luck

How long before your ankle heals up? And gurlllll don't even worry about pounds, it's all about how you feel. After six weeks you'll start seeing the improvement and it'll be that much of a motivation.

My mom was in like size 16 pants and completely cut carbs and fat out of her diet (like she went crazy) because she knew she wasn't going to be working out. She was down to a size 4 in 3-4 months. It's crazy. And since you're not only working out AND eating healthy, you'll shed the weight like woah. Besides, working out just makes you feel so good about yourself.

Keep me updated. I love hearing about other peoples triumphs ♥

And I know everyone says it... and it sounds cliche...



Whenever you see something healthy, eat it. Like even if you open your fridge for a water, grab a handful of baby carrots, or if you're walking through the kitchen, go in the pantry and get some dried fruit (even though fresh/frozen is better; dried fruit is still better that potato chips.)

And keep some dried fruit in your car! Who says you can't munch a little when you drive, it will definitely keep your metabolism up.
