My activity level was really high so I'm hoping it will keep the scale moving down instead of up. On the weekends, I have to clean plus doing my usual things like walking my dog and riding my bike. On the weekdays, I plan to restrict harder. For the people who seemed concerned, don't worry. I had an eating disorder a long time ago but I was able to recover. But I've gotten fat again so I'm trying to lose it without hurting myself. I'm okay. I just hate being this weight. My goal is either 120 or 130. It is not dangerous like 90 pounds. |
