Babies dropped

So Jonah has dropped. Any day now he could come. I'm anxious to meet him! We finally got carpet installed and the nursery put together so I guess we are as ready as we will ever be.

My parents are hanging out here instead of going back to South Carolina for the winter. My mother is actually looking for a job here. I don't get them. Are they truly moving or not?

Shaun flipped out cause I used one of the gift cards from the baby shower to buy a baby monitor. He pisses me off. They were given to us to buy things that we need for the baby, not to hang onto for crap WE might need. I think we need a monitor. He's damn near deaf and will use it and then think "oh, good thing we got this." and somehow it will turn into it being his idea to get one. Kind of like fabric diapers. I told him about it months ago and he didn't like the idea. I told him how much money we could save if we used them just while we were at home. He didn't wan to do it so I didn't push the issue. The other day he says he ordered some because you know, we could save a lot of money... uh yeah, I was aware. Whatev.

I'm teaching myself sign language to teach Jonah. I'm slowly getting Shaun to pick up some of it... like I said, he's damn near deaf. I think it would help if he knew basics just in case.

I have done so much tiny laundry, I don't think Jonah needs any clothes for a year. I haven't even bought him anything yet. Everything has been given to us, his little dresser is full and there's at least 40 hangers in the closet all taken. That's not including the stuff that came with hangers lol. I kind of like doing tiny laundry.
