This is my longest poem at 422 lines. I'm splitting it up into parts for you.
Angel's wing
Jonathan
Going home and taking a shower
Its two o’clock, two more hours
Looking at the slip of paper, noticing there is no name
pacing back and forth, trying to remain tamed
He got to the shop, it was just before 4
There she was in the corner, he could not ignore
He walked over, a cup sat in front of his chair
and another one there
They exchanged smiles, she did not say a word
Maybe she was deaf, not that it mattered what she heard
She was beautiful as beautiful can be
She sipped her drink, He sipped his coffee
Looking into each others eyes
He could not deny
The way she melted his heart
He never wanted to part
Studying her features, she was god’s special creation
Her beautiful flowing red hair, sparkling green eyes, a smile of care
And freckles everywhere
She was wearing a baby blue top
I cursed at myself, but I had to stop
Mmm mmm
Moving on, looking at her hand holding her coffee
Blood red tips, Wondering if she’s studying me
Taking sip after sip, still not a word spoken
Forever gazing into her eyes, hoping it never is broken
Finishing our drinks, she puts her cup in mine
Taking my hand, chills running down my spine
standing up and walking out the door
wondering where we are going, wondering what more
