Putting the peddle to the floor
Life just opened a bran new door
You and I have been through a lot
Graduating school and tied some knots
Bought some houses and started careers
Our friendship is rare

Look into my eyes, we have secrets that we’ll take to our grave
We’ll never lie, and many more miles to pave
I flip through the pages in my diary and I just have to smile
There has been some rocky roads and some smooth miles
