WORK
I worked Tuesday-Saturday and Saturday was a double. I started a diet/workout routine on Monday. I'm doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I have on Day 4. I started doing other workouts and I had to skip working out on Saturday because I didn't have time. So far, it's been going okay. Obviously I haven't even looked at the scales to see how much I've lost. According the sparkpeople, if I keep going on my place I will be at 135 by my birthday! I'm pretty excited, but I hardly ever stick to it so I hope I do.
Other than that nothing new has happened.
