Day 4: A habit you wish you didn't have.
Well I used to suck my thumb at night to help me sleep, and every night before I went to bed I'd wash my thumb because if I was going to suck my thumb then it was damn well going to be a clean one! However I broke out of the habit in my first year at uni, I have no idea how it happened but I just suddenly stopped.
I think the only habit I have that I am aware of it that I twirl my hair on my left side when I'm tired or stressed, I'll sit there twirling it and I hate that it's a dead giveaway that I'm tired!
