It has to be the strangest experience I have ever had, but I've found that I'm not eating enough carbohydrates or calories. I can usually pass on my fat or protein, but those other two...just always elude me.
I find this weird simply because I always thought that I would surpass my calories. I usually find that I eat too much that is bad for me, too much carbohydrates and calories in my diet, but when I actually put it through Sparks, I have learnt that I can barely make my 1500 calorie count. Before, I had made it 2000 to 2500, as recommended by Sparks, but I couldn't make it. So I changed it down to 1500 to 2000 and even then...
Well, I can't risk going down any further. If I put it lower than 1500 than I'll be doing myself more harm than good. And I can't have that.
I'm doing this healthy.
