I know that feeling that comes from being somewhat socially akward and the feeling of uncomfortableness that can go with it. So while at a party recently I helpped a person out with it. I saw someone who was wanting to leave but when they started the small group of people were asking where they were going and telling them that they should stay. So I jumpped in to the defense. This is always easier when you know your attackers and know them well. I started by picking apart the speculations as to where they were going. I guess I did a good job because I got a handshake and the person said goodbye to me. |
