To my anonymous commenter
For some reason you think I care how much respect you have for me? You think that I made this diary so I could join some kind of elite group of service diaries and earn respect from you? I'm sorry, child, that is just not so. I do what I do because I enjoy it. My images are attained through sites that are clearly for sharing of images. The majority come from one site in particular in which most images are made by the uploader themselves and the reason they uploaded was because they wanted people to use them. Most images I've seen around other diaries are images found and altered using Photoshop or Paintshop. Where did they get the images? hmm? Some of mine are the same...I find something that I relatively like and then alter it to my liking using such a program. Funny how that all of a sudden is no longer the work of someone else but your own. How it is no longer just an image but "art". I have posted the links to the sites where I obtain the images I use to give credit where it is due. I have obviously made it clear that if anyone knows the artist of a particular piece and I don't then to leave a comment so that I may do so. If artists were all about creating something so that only they, themselves, can enjoy it then it has no business being on the internet. But as for most artists I know, publicly and privately, this is not so. They like knowing others like their work. I have NEVER claimed any of this artwork or images as my own. That is really what thievery is all about.
As far as respect goes, I have none for those who remain hidden in the shadows. You're obviously an artist. You're obviously a part of another service diary. You're obviously jealous. Why hide? Why not show your face? Possibly because by trying to discredit my diary you may find your own discredited? Possibly because I will find that some of your stuff isn't as legit as you claim mine should be? Think before you type and save us all the trouble. I will not participate in Bloop drama. Amanda♥
