Oh hey!

Hey there bloop folks! It's me Leslie from black.rainbow.lyts! I've decided to make a brand spankin' new personal diary here on Bloop. Why? Because I miss all you lovely people. And...well, let's be honest here..boredom! Anyway, this is just a first entry from me saying Hi. Hopefully I won't be as lame as always and hardly ever write in this diary, but...it's worth a try I guess right?

So..what's new with me? Well, I'm married but that's old news. Been married for two years now. Sheesh. We've moved back to our hometown of Pembroke..and it's so boring! I'm working at a bank, and my husband (Dan) has gotten a job at a local accounting firm.

For those of you that don't know me, here's some tidbits!

1 I'm from Canada, but was born in Texas.

2 I have a turtle and a cat (our previous cat Bonzai passed away a few weeks ago.)

3 I'm a musician - I sing and play piano/organ; I love classic rock, punk and metal mostly. I'm generally stuck in the 70's.

4 I'm a graphic artist and *news* an amateur photographer *news* studying with the New York Institute of Photography, and hopefully a real college sometime soon after that

5 I'm a major nerd - whether it's Star Trek, Doctor Who or Battlestar Gallactica, I'm a pretty big nerd for a girl. My husband loves it though so I'm okay.

That's really all there is to know about me! Anyway, I'm away. Glad to be back!
