Yesterday was not my day! My laptop wouldn't connect to my internet no matter what I tried (our wireless router sucks!), and I was beyond dizzy all day. So, immediately I got paranoid and thought this is it, I'm dying, but I feel better today!
I have been struggling to get back into my healthy eating habits and keeping a good workout routine, but yesterday just discouraged me more than ever. Everytime I tried to get a workout in, I was dizzzy and couldn't keep my balance. I didn't even really have an appetite. So if you haven't picked up on it yet, I'm in a crummy mood! Here's hoping I can get in a semi-decent workout today, and can eat an actual meal without forcing myself!
