Today, so far, I have eaten:
4 slices of cheese on toast
1 Thorntons toffee cake bar
1 small bowl of cereal (Starting Right, fruit and flakes basically)
About 6 cheapy Asda chocolate chip cookies.
I'm about to do two small jacket potatoes with beans and some cheese.
I had several cups of decaffeinated coffee with sweetner and a cup of herbal tea. |
