i got up thinking today would be great. but its been nothing but utter frustration and annoyance
turns out my basshunter CD doesnt arrive for 3 FUCKING WEEKS what the fuck!? it doesnt take that long!
and then i have to sort out this student finance bollarks, because conviniently they've left out the maintenance grant that im supposed to get. the one thats free that i dont have to pay back. so ive been round and round and round on their website which is utterly useless, cant find anything.
if they have an email adress i can write to they dont have it shown, so ive been waiting on the phone for quarter of an hour, no idea how much this is costing but what else can I do?
the autimatic phone guy is going "o0o its more convinient to go online" and im like IVE FUCKING BEEN ONLINE YOU USELESS FUCKHEAD. the only reason im calling is that the whole system is so screwed up and im so confused im tempted to chuck the whole lot in the bin and get a regular loan like ordinary people.
ive got a customer ref number, a ucas number, an alias number, a student support number, 3 different secret answers pins and passwords. its a fucking joke. its like some top secret military operation!
im utterly lost. and time is running out. they make this out to be so easy and they pretend theres always support available but its the complete opposite. the government is so fucking useless |
