Egypt has won the African cup for the 3rd time, in the final today against Ghana. 1 - 0 in the 85th minute of the match. <3
And a small thing like that has brought a chaos of joy and happiness across a country that is fighting poverty, pollution, corruption among many other things and just for a day they get to forget their troubles and are happy and proud of THEIR country with all its unfortunate misfortune.
Not only that, but we also won Algeria in the semi final fair and square with no disrespect whatsoever. That match just showed the world Algeria's true colours and its aggressive nature. 4 - 0 for all the Egyptian they hurt in Sudan and in Algeria, for all the hate they've displayed and for all the aggressive behaviour they have put out there. They do not deserve to be in the World Cup and they will never gain the support of Egypt no matter what. Egypt may be corrupted and full of a lot of shit, but that doesn't mean we're ill-mannered or don't understand what the word RESPECT means. And thats the part I'm proud of.
