i've gotten out of the habit of writing, it kind of irks me, because i rather like writing...oh well gots to get back on the horse as it were.
so, some interesting events in the past 24 hours,
last night i ran into Jen again at ESD, and while since our last run-in and the rather pleasant chat i'd hoped we'd meet up again so i could perhaps make an effort towards re-kindling our friendship. Unfortunately last night wasn't an occasion where i had the chance to do that, from the fact that my ride was leaving, and she was with someone, i don't think it was a date (mayhaps wishful thinking) but it's something i'd prefer to ease into, rather than just 'bam--let's be friends again'....i'm sure the fates will have our paths cross again.
in other news, finished my last exam today....3 weeks of freedom, then back for term 2, it's kind of odd, between the transit strike and it being end of term, i've not seen Jasmin in a few days, and i probably won't for some time yet, (well if the buses are running for Cam's party) but i've gotten used to her being around, i find i miss that, oddness.
and i'm kicking myself.......i had about an hour to kill after my exam, so i was wandering the halls, and ended up walking by this table by the computer lab 2-3 times with this really cute girl......
then, when i was sitting in the rotunda surfing on my laptop who should sit down not far away but that cute girl (and by the way i mean *really* *cute*) anyways.......i walked up to her, chatted her up a bit about leather coats, she was wearing one, and i've been thinking about getting myself one, but i'm not sure if it'll be warm enough for winters here...and i took my leave of her. I couldn't really find a segue from nice coat, wanna fuck? (not that i'd actually say that...being silly,) but i walked around a bit more and got a call that my ride was there, ended up walking back to the rotunda to exit the school, and i'd decided 'what the hell, i'll take a chance' and ask her for coffee.....get to the rotunda....girls gone.
dagnabit! oh well, maybe next time.
