NC is where my heart is.

so last saturday after my ACT, i hit the rode with lex, ash, and maw to North Carolina. just got back today and it was one amazing trip.
we got lost a hand-full of times, and thats women for you.
i got to see lukiebear every day we were down there. which was amazing. since we never get to spend time together, all the little moments count.
besides some of the jerk marines, the place is beautiful. i can't wait to be there all the time with my love. i also got to see camp lejeune briefly too and its probably bigger than my small town but behind a gate. it was all just wonderful.
in a couple weeks we are going on vacation to myrtle beach with some family and friends and it should be an awesome time too because this is all the time we will get together for a long while.

everyone asks the question "how do you do it?" and to tell you the truth, there are just good and bad times. when i'm sad about the distance or if we are in a diagreement i cry if i need to and if everything is going good then it's just like any other day he is just away and i have to hold close to the phone. it's hard to explain loving someone so much that no matter where they are you can still function. there have been times when i have felt uber-low but i deal because he is what i want and chose.
