So...despite my last entry about Mother's Day kissing my ass, it turned out to be fairly decent. I didn't get a gift, or anything like that, but it was a good weekend afterall.
Saturday after my mother finally woke up, even though she was in a horrible mood, I decided to ask her if she'd mind watching Trystan for the night so I could go out. To my surprise, she actually said yes. So I put Trystan down for the night, and left.
Yesterday, Mother's Day, I was able to actually sleep in. Well, kind of. Because I'm so used to being up between 7 and 8 every morning, I was only able to sleep until 9:00 when my body told me it was time to get up. But that's okay. Later on, around 1:00, Doug, his father and I went to pick Trystan up and bring him back to their apartment for the day. It was SO chaotic there because Doug and his dad and our friend Ken JUST moved into this apartment. They had the cable guy come to hook up their cable, and internet yesterday as well. On top of that, Trystan and Johnathan were a handful, and there was just A LOT going on all at once. LoL. For dinner we had ribs. YUM! It was sooo good. I decided to stay the night at Doug's again with Trystan, and this morning we left to come home.
My only complaint about the day was the fact that Doug hardly did anything when it came to taking care of Trystan, cuz he always claimed he was "busy". When really, he was just fucking around the whole time. So needless to say, by the end of the day I was quite annoyed with the fact that I didn't even have the chance to relax at all. Oh well. It was a good day otherwise. Lots of laughs.
So far today it's been a good one. Got home about an hour ago, and now Trystan is watching Cars and I'm sitting here updating about my weekend. Haha. A video and pictures are below.
