I'm now down to 13 stones 2 pounds which is 184 pounds so i'm doing really good i look so much better.
I always feel tired though...i dont understand how people feel so energetic after exercise. I workout every day i do 6 hours of cardio per week and 30 minutes of weights per week, i just always feel exhausted and fed up.
I wake up at 6:30AM monday - friday for work, i leave the house at 7:15AM then i get home at 5:30PM then i have to work out then get a shower & by the time ive done all that its nearly bed time! I just feel like i dont have a life sometimes even though its my decision to do this i just want to keep losing weight the healthy way none of that starving myself / crash diet shit - i'm not into that i'd make myself really sick & i wouldnt be able to function with little or no food.
I just cant wait until i hit my goal weight then i'll just maintain my figure.
I've been having really severe abdominal pains and the doctor sent me to get a scan & it turns out i have LOADS of gallstones in my gallbladder - im gutted because i'll need to get it removed in surgery!
