A year ago this month is when it all started...
Lets recap!
W. (my bf), his boss was having a drug habit issue. There was no incoming from him for 2 paycheques. I didnt make enough money to cover everything, rent, food, bills.
So we lost our place and the downward spiral starts.
This resulted in him leaving me in the end and moving to another city a few hours away for a job.
I had to move back home, yep moved back in with my parents.
Because we were still trying to play catch up from the missed income which was never paid, All of our bills and credit cards went to collections. Just to catch up I was paying over $800 a paycheque to get everything squared and even.
The best decision I came to was to go onto a DMP (debt management program). It took close to 2 months to set up. But we will talk about that later.
Will and I talked still, almost on a daily basis. It was only natural since he was my best friend and we had been together for 6 years.
The stress of everything was adding up and of course xmas was right around the corner.
