HELP!!!

ok so i'm looking for some help!! i would like to have a cool comment box with a picture of Edward from eclipse as the icon and have the background be black with a blood red border and text... is there anyone who can help my either make one or find someone who would be willing to make one for me??? please i'm new and i'm desperate and i don't know where to look!!! pleaser help!! xoxoxo

I could probably manage to fiddle with the coding in my comment box and change it up to where it's something I like when Halloween expires. LOL.

haha...i had a friend make me a comment layout when i first got married and idiot me deleted it, so now i just have the icon but no border!
i see someone offered to make ya one, so i can't wait to see what it looks like!
