Mother's Day is a day to celebrate those special people we call mothers. They love us, take care of us, and only want the best for us. I wasn't sure what to expect this year, but I guess, it's just not my year. Last year, I spent Mother's Day alone in the hospital, and this year? My gift is the gift of sickness. I feel awful. My throat is sore, chest is tight, I'm congested...it hurts. Vati and Muti got me some meds though, and I've been chain drinking chicken broth, so I'm hoping to feel better soon. If I could only breathe, we would be doing good.
I hope everyone had a better Mother's Day than I did.  |
