recap on Thanksgiving
Well, Thanksgiving went better than I thought it would. No one in the family argued and that's a shock. One of my bros, Brenden, and his girlfriend stayed with us three days. My Mom and Dad showed up to dinner without any trouble. Usually when you get those two in the same room an arguement is bound to happen. Dad even had his fiancee with him, and things still went smoothly. All five of us kids were together for the holiday, and that was really nice because we're usually not all together at once. My uncle and his wife showed up too. I had to face my husband's parents for the first time in about a year. That was kind of awkward because they had decided they were going to hate me because of my mistakes, but they suprised me with their kindness. I still don't know exactly where I stand with them, but I'll worry about that topic later. I had a lot to be thankful for.
1) All my family together and getting along
2) Me and Jason got back together and are doing better than ever
3) I'm going to be an aunt
4) I've made more friends this past year than I have had since high school
5) My cousin made it home safely from Iraq
It's been a long year, but there's always so much to be thankful for. Now time to prepare for Christmas
