Lunch- salad with salsa, cut up babybel light round, and ham

Dinner- mozzarella and mushroom veggie burger on bread with a slice of tomatoe and bits of onion, salad with salsa left over from last nights Qdoba.

Last week was CRAZY. First, I lost three pounds, then I gained four, then I lost three pounds again. Hahahaha. My body is fuuuuucked.

I just finished working out to another kick boxing video, and it was really really rough. I hadn't worked out in about a week, so doing that, plus all the crazy stuff she was throwing in without an explanation was seriously messy for me.

The weight thing has been really freaky, and it was almost crushing at first to gain back four pounds after working so hard, but after almost losing it all again in such a short amount of time (save for a half a pound) its been okay. I have to learn through this to keep pursuing and dont give up just because your body does something wacky or you eat something wrong one day.

I need to get back to working out regularly. That week thing put me very far behind. I can feel it when im working out now, that its not as easy as it was.

Try weighing yourself less, then you can't be disappointed if you're up or haven't lost anything. I'm trying to get into that habit myself because I like to weigh myself daily. Someone recently told me "The scale is like a man, it just messes with your mind"
