Weight: 234! (down 5.5 pounds so far)
Exercise: None yet, but after this entry, 30 minute walk.
Food:
Breakfast- 2 eggs, and a cup of coffee with 1 packet of splenda and about two spashes of creamer
Lunch- Planning on: either a protein bar or half a subway 5 dollar footlong. i also might drive to the market for soup.
Dinner- probably none since I got up at noon. lol.
like a boss!


My laptop is doing wierd things so I had to wait to get on the big computer. I also need to figgure out how to get an entry on the itouch. I might not update as frequently as I'd like, but I will try to update once a week.

I am finally motivated.
Yes. Yes I am.
This is a new feeling to me.

I'm so comfortable, because of course I've been here before.
But I'm scared as SHIT of failing.
Again.
And I think that might be the key.
Fear. lol.
Who knew?

I have a bottle of Jamesons Whiskey out in my car that I drank a little of on St. Patties Day (cause I'm Irish, so I have to have Irish whiskey, duh! lol) I pledge not to drink until I am 200 (or less) pounds. I think that's a good goal to set.

I also have a goal outfit. Its a beautiful red dress that I wore for last Pride Festival, but Looking back at pictures I looked like an utter cow in it. (I did. Its the truth. lol) I want to wear that dress right the next pride festival (which is in... july?) I want to stroll arm and arm with my boyfriend and look like a fox in that red dress. YES!

I also found this amazing website called Calorie Count. Its a totally free website that gives you recepies, workout advice, and support all in one place. You can also make a meal and workout tracker that keeps up with everything. I love that in the meal one at the end of the day, it breaks out everything in your diet that you've consumed over the day and tells you what you're lacking, what you're good on, and what you've had too much of.

Zach went to Vegas for the week for his sisters wedding. (Lucky!) So once he gets back he's going to join me on my weight loss adventure because he wants to get more in shape too.

Got to go for now.
Gonna hit the pavement! haha.
