Weight: 227

Exercise: None so far.

Food: Babybel cheese circle thing- Orginal (which, by the way, is really really fun to open )

Notes: TILL I BELONG TO YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!
The Beatles are epic. Thats a fact. A-huh.

So school has been the reason why I really havent been on here since my last entry. Between that and writing and working and friends, I really couldn't get on here. haha.

Weight has been a yo-yo. First I went all the way back up to 233. I dont know why. I guess lack of will power and the love for Qdoba killed it. lol. But they have some epic burritos! Anyway, I went to the grocery and bought a sleigh full of stuff, healthy stuff like soups and beans and salsas and veggies and fruits. Lots of good stuff. I havent been going out to eat because I have SO much food at home. My poor little fridge is quite mad at me and likes to spit stuff back out at me whenever I open the doors. The frozen dinners that I bought actually havent been that bad, except for the mac&cheese. That was bad. The only way you can do mac&cheese right is by putting lots and lots of fattening stuff in it. haha. I did buy some chinese food stuff, but its loaded with calories. I didnt realize until after I bought it. Oh well. I'll probably eat that for lunch/dinner or something like that because it looks really realy good. Its like a garlic ginger noodle thing. Sechwan(sp) Garlic Noodles, which has a grand total of 750 calories. (YIPES!) and then I have another one thats Lemongrass and Chilis . That one's only 230 calories.

(This paragraph got deleted so its going to be short and sweet.) Marie Calender's yeast rolls (which are, without a doubt, worth dying for) are extreamly awesome, but they are unfortunately a whopping 180 calories per roll. For just ONE. I had the misfortune of eating two last night with this home made roast dinner my step-mom made. (But it was so worth every bite )

I dont know how you readers are with POMx juice, but I tried it because its one of my best friends favorite juices, and it was aweful. Haha. It just tasted... I dont know if it was too sweet or what but, it deffinately didn't taste delicious.

I was really frustrated for this week because my weight kept yo-yoing up and down, and I was pissed because I had bought all this healthy stuff (which was really good). I'm just glad that it decided to go back down to 227. I hope I lose more this week because I need to lose 2.5 lbs every week if i want to make my goal of 30 by Thanksgiving.

Here are my goals:
30 by Thanksgiving=200 lbs
20 by Christmas= 180
10 By the time school's back in session= 170
35 By the end of the school year or spring break= 135

I'll be in my weight category this time next year if it kills me.
What, oh what will I have to write about after spring break? Possibly my normal life, and then you all will think I'm odd. haha.

Ooh! A fellow weight loss crusader! I'd totally recommend the Couch to 5km programme if you're interested in running. Are you a member of SparkPeople? It's an excellent way to keep track of what you eat etc.

its so great that you're eating healthier and also setting goals for yourself.

have you thought about going on a pill?? I want to try slimquick pills...they sound promising. Its the pill specifically for females. Idk. I've never asked anybody if they work or not.
