Listening to Sinatra makes me want to take a dancing class so I can learn things like the Foxtrot.
I RAN TODAY! My fat ass fucking RAN. I didn't run for very long and I swear to God I thought I was going to have a heart attack when I did it and I could hardly breath but I did it! Victory! I think I'm going to set another goal to be able to run a half mile by Christmas.
It was my brother-in-law's birthday yesterday, so we all went out for a big dinner at Johnny Carino's. If you've never heard of it, it's an Italian place with extreamly good food. Because of that reason, I think I had a right to be a little nervous about my wills, especially when they have things like baked cheese tortellini and 6 layered lasagna. Mmmmmmm. I didn't want my cheat day to be that night though because talegating is this saturday and my dad makes the best bar-b-q around. You may say someone else does, and you'd be wrong. However, there might not be any left because it is boys night. Hmmm. At any rate, I'll have my cheat day sometime this week. AANYWAY, the Johnny Carino's dinner. I looked at the menu and realized there were only a few items on the menue that were concidered low fat (as really, with any restaurant.) I decided on what I usually get, which is the angel haired pasta with artichokes in it, which is amazing if you ever go there. I also decided on a side salad so that I didn't fill up on all the carbs. Being wary of how many calories are in a salad because of Biggest Loser, I ordered the dressing on the side, and didn't use even half of it. I basically only dunked the chunks of tomato and the crutons in it. It's a trick i learned a while ago. If you have the dressing on the side, you dont use nearly as much but you still get the tast of the dressing. When the pasta came. I probably ate about half of it because it was HUGE. LOL. Literally, the pasta in the plate was probably the size of my head. I'll have some good leftovers tonight. haha.
I'm gonna try jogging today. Its freaking chilly outside so I might have to just to get my blood going. haha. I just read the thermometer, and it's 48 outside. That's COLD. I mean I know it's the first day of October, Weather, but you couldn't wait like one more month for it to be cold? lol.
I went to half priced books yesterday and I got a couple of books: Brahm Stroker's Dracula, and Theodore Sturgeon's Some of Your Blood. I also bought a new Bright Eyes CD, which is really good. I also bought a white board and markers from Staples because I LOVE WHITE BOARDS! I went ahead and wrote my fall break schedule on it. Veeery busy. haha. (Break, my behind. )
My genius on iTunes apparently thinks I have an R&B mix. I didnt know i had enough R&B to make a mix...
Tell the truth, do you think iTunes passed or failed on Genius?
